Sessions take place in a private therapy room with natural light and comfortable seating, and there is a small waiting area where you can settle in before your appointment.

We work with adults, couples, families, teens, and children from age 7. You do not need a referral or a crisis to begin; many people start because they want to understand themselves better, ease a relationship, or feel more like themselves again.
