No therapeutic relationship
Reading the Website, submitting the contact form, or sending an email does not create a therapist–client relationship. A therapeutic relationship begins only after an intake process and mutual agreement to begin services.
Not an emergency service
Serenity Psychotherapy Clinic does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, call or text 9-8-8 (Suicide Crisis Helpline), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency department.
Booking and third-party services
Appointments are booked through Jane App, a third-party service with its own terms and privacy policy. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
